  I was told they had to order the item and it cost around $80 then when I went to pay for it they charged me $150 then I had a look online and found out it cost $37 they will steal your money.
  
  Edit:: the whole point of a feedback or review system is so that other people would know what to expect if you want good reviews don't rip off your customers.

  Great Service, I purchased my twin sons a bike for their birthday in January 2020. The shop had only just re-opened after the Christmas break and unfortunately only had one bike but I needed two identical to keep the 5yr olds twins happy. The Manager, Baden went out of his way delivering both bikes on time for the twins surprise party the very next day.
  He fueled them on arrival at his expense, they started first go and ran all day ( we live on acreage) with absolutely no problems, the kids had a couple of falls on them to which parts were required, again prompt professional Service the parts arrived and the next day were replaced by the Service department....thanks guys would recommend you anytime

  Top service I purchased a 250 Agboss off the Baden a while back and it is perfect for feeding up my horses and getting around the paddocks

  Two years ago we purchased a small quad bike for our son. On Christmas Day when he opened it, the brake lever broke, the brake light fell off and the chain constantly rattled from first ride. To start the bike, the brake lever had to be applied and with a broken lever this wasn’t possible therefore a very unhappy 5 year old. Giving Penrith Pit Bike the benefit of the doubt, we went back to purchase a 2 wheeler for this Christmas. Christmas Day, an excited 7 year old can’t start his bike and has fuel leaking everywhere. Upon closer inspections, the hose clamps were loose and the air filter not connected correctly. Despite leaving voicemail messages and emails, no response from Penrith Pit Bike. I took the bike to a mechanic who fixed the issues on this BRAND NEW bike so my son could ride it for the first time. Never again will we purchase from this place. The old saying “you get what you pay for” is 100% correct with this place. Poorly put together and no customer service once they have your money. Don’t fall for their pathetic service once let alone twice like we have.
