    I would highly recommend. Ordered some audio gears through online with another supplier name ends with city. Some reason my payment had issues. Did spend 5 days calling them and email. I ended up asking for refund.

    Called Penrith lighting, Peter picked-up the phone, answered my queries and got the response back in 10 minutes. Getting my amplifiers and speakers in 2 days.. What a great customer service. Many many thanks Peter. you are a wonderful person!

    Very disappointed! Tried to buy the QSC touch mix online for sale, have the invoice and order number. Tried to contact store no one answer then come to store to pick up but no stock and put up the price. don't waist time for that.

    Really friendly and helpful staff - I walked in with a general idea of what I wanted and they weren't pushy at all, which I appreciate. They also know their stuff and were able to help me with a few questions I had, which was cool.

    Definitely recommend them. Sure, you can import gear from HK or something for cheaper, but the service was worth it. Plus, they're a local small business, which I'm more than happy to support.
