    Food hot and well cooked. Lunch special is always really good value if you want a quick snack!
    Would be nice if staff were a bit friendlier through drive through

    The young girls (islander & Caucasian teens) on drive thru are rather difficult and won’t help or take any responsibility for their own stuff ups. The managers are willing to lie for them unless you catch them out. Which I had. Shame on you! Ruining an Australian fast food chain by being that unprofessional.

    bought a Red's box from here and on the chip it appeared to have a fried cocaroach leg on it im totally disgusted!

    Fast service and very friendly staff - didn't need to wait long for fresh food - the only down side was a bone in the Rooster Roll

    If there was no stars I would have picked it. No words except disgusting.
    1 litre of soggy liquid on bottom of box, no skin and chicken is like it has been sitting in water all day.

    This red rooster has set the benchmark for every other red rooster to meet. The service received from this red rooster was like being at a restaurant. Then to top it off the food was so hot, fresh and crispy... I would give more stars if I was able.

    Always stop here when visiting relatives, staff always given friendly gesture and always given a smile and ssying " have a nice day"

    Normally pretty good. Cleaner than the other red rooster on high st.
