First, it's very overpriced. Charging a family of 4 $40 for entry is redicilous. The free coffee size has changed to pretty much a shot glass.
Bathrooms are dirty and tables are not regularly cleaned.
Understaffed, waited a long time to leave because there was no staff at the front and no one was to be seen around.
Air con not working on hot days, kids are overheating and sweaty.

- Lupe Muna Added July 06, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Private venue hire for my son's birthday party. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Our party host Kelly was awesome with the kids. The only reason why I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is because I think 30 mins to set up everything is not enough time, especially hiring out the whole place.
